Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Communication is barrier-free and can cooperate to complete all inspections.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of heart disease and brain disease; 2. allergy to local anesthetics; 3. Skin defects and infections at the neck puncture site; 4. History of bradyarrhythmia; 5. History of insomnia and migraine; 6. Existence of recent cardio-cerebrovascular drugs; 7. Coagulation dysfunction.
