18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 40 years; 2. Unilateral or bilateral ovarian endometriosis, transvaginal ultrasound examination, cyst diameter 4-10 cm; 3. Tumor marker CA125<200IU/mL, HE4<70 pm; 4. All patients signed the informed consent; 5. Those who have a birth plan recently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to MRI contrast agents and cannot complete relevant examinations; 2. Poor cardiopulmonary function, can not tolerate laparoscopic surgery or have other surgical contraindications 3. Evidence of polycystic ovary syndrome, evidence of premature ovarian failure (follicle-stimulating hormone >= 40 IU/L), endocrine diseases that may affect ovarian function (such as thyroid dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia); 4. Hormonal drugs (such as oral contraceptives, gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs) have been taken within 3 months before surgery; 5. Tumor markers, ultrasound and MRI suggest possible ovarian malignant disease.
