Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Abdominal surgery (surgical incision>4cm); 3. The patients informed and agreed to join the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal deformity and cannot accept thoracolumbar epidural anesthesia; 2. There are signs of local infection near the puncture point; 3. Abdominal and lower limb sensory and motor abnormalities; 4. Coagulation disease or other bleeding constitution; 5. Serious hypovolemia; 6. A history of alcohol, local anesthetic, opioid allergy and dependence; 7. Those who are comatose and unable to cooperate in the ICU after surgery; 8. The patient does not cooperate; 9. Acute disease and/or acute exacerbation of chronic disease; 10. ASA score >= grade IV; 11. History of mental illness, language and communication disorders; 12. Scar constitution; 13. Those who are overweight or underweight; 14. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 15. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 16. The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
