Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as moderate or severe BPD; 2. Characterized by treatment with >21% oxygen for at least 28 days; 3. Oxygen support or positive pressure therapy required at 36 weeks after corrected gestational age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Early-onset sepsis; 2. Known congenital intestinal malformations or major malformations; 3. Referring patients; 4. Use H2 blockers, proton pump inhibitors, probiotics or immune agents.
