Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Case group (1) Aged 20 to 70 years; (2) A random blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L, accompanied by diabetes symptoms (hyperglycemia caused by hyperglycemia, polydipsia, polyuria, weight loss, pruritus, blurred vision, etc.), or without diabetes symptoms, fasting blood glucose >=7 mmol/L, or 2 hours after glucose loading, blood glucose>=11.1 mmol/L; (3) No other serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, chronic liver and kidney diseases. 2.Control group (1) Aged 20 to 70 years; (2) no family history of diabetes; (3) The results of medical history, physical examination, blood glucose test and other biochemical tests were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, chronic liver and kidney diseases.
