Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 18 years old; 2. Inpatients in our department; 3. Coronary artery CT angiography or coronary angiography was performed during hospitalization; 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency, sepsis, malignant tumor, connective tissue disease, hematopathy, dermatosis, dermal neurofibroma, congenital glaucoma, infectious disease and severe cardiac valvular disease. 2.A history of major trauma or surgery within 1 month before admission; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Patients who are taking estrogen therapy; 5. Patients with previous history of coronary artery balloon dilatation or stent implantation, coronary artery rotational grinding and coronary artery bypass grafting; 6. Patients with significant loss of clinical data during hospitalization.
