Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonatal convulsions; 3. 3-4 degree intracranial hemorrhage; 2. Cerebral infarction; 4. Hydrocephalus (post-bleeding, post-infection, metabolic, etc.); 5. Moderate to severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy; 6. Perinatal stroke, bilirubin encephalopathy; 7. Neonatal bacterial meningitis; 8. Metabolic encephalopathy; 9. Brain developmental malformations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those cry and are difficult to be soothed during the data collection process, making this process impossible to complete; 2. Those who had scalp breakage or infection at fontanelle, making it impossible to complete data collection; 3. The family members refused to participate in the study.
