Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.T2DM group (1) Aged 40 to 70 years; (2) Random blood glucose>=11.1 mmol/L, accompanied by diabetes symptoms (hyperglycemia caused by hyperglycemia, polyuria, weight loss, skin pruritus, blurred vision and other acute metabolic disorders), or no diabetes symptoms, fasting blood glucose >=7 mmol/L, or 2 hours after glucose loading, blood glucose>=11.1 mmol/L; (3) There was no history of CAD, hypertension, other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, T1DM, severe liver and kidney diseases and malignant tumor 2.CAD group (1) Aged 40 to 70 years; (2) According to coronary angiography (CAG) or 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography, at least one coronary artery stenosis >=50% was determined; (3) no diabetes and other endocrine diseases, serious liver and kidney diseases and malignant tumors. 3.Comorbidity group (1) Aged 40 to 70 years; (2) Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of T2DM and CAD at the same time; (3) There was no history of hypertension and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, T1DM and other endocrine diseases, serious liver and kidney diseases and malignant tumors. 4.Control group (1) Aged 40 to 70 years; (2) no family history of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. (3) no diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, serious liver and kidney diseases and malignant tumors. (4) The results of medical history, physical examination, blood glucose examination and other examinations were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other diseases such as hypertension, chronic liver and kidney diseases and malignant tumors.
