18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Tracheotomy patients with primary disease control and no need of mechanical ventilation assessed by clinicians; 3. The patient or family members agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dysphagia; 2. Patients with hemodynamic instability; 3. Patients with APACHE II score >= 20; 4. Cough ability <= 2 points; 5. Laryngeal cancer or airway stenosis; 6. Patients with one or more organ failure.
