Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the guideline for diagnosis and treatment of head and neck cancer or expert consensus on comprehensive treatment of head and neck cancer.All of them were confirmed by pathological examination; 2. All patients were treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy; 3. The RTOG rating of radiation oral mucositis was 1-3 degrees, and the NRS pain score of eating or peacetime was more than or equal to 2 points; 4. The patient was conscious, able to communicate normally, and his age was more than 18 years old; 5. The KPS score of patients was more than or equal to 60, and most of them were able to take care of themselves; 6. The patients had informed consent and were willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction and blood system diseases; 2. Patients diagnosed with mental illness, unable to cooperate with treatment; 3. The patient has allergic constitution and is known or suspected to be allergic to lidocaine preparation.
