40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 patients who underwent unilateral shoulder arthroscopy with rotator cuff repair; 2. ASA is classified as I-II; 3. Aged 40 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic pain, history of drug allergy and history of application of antidepressants; 2. Patients with a history of chronic liver and kidney insufficiency, electrolyte disorders, autoimmune diseases, and preoperative respiratory dysfunction.
