Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 45 years; 2. OGTT has been completed within 24-28 weeks of gestation; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of gestational diabetes (GDM) and have not been treated with insulin or other drugs; 4. Use smart phones without barriers and have basic Chinese reading and writing, simple calculation capabilities; 5. Informed and agreed to participate in this study, and willing to adhere to follow-up follow-up as prescribed by the doctor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous confirmed diagnosis of diabetes; 2. Patients diagnosed with GDM in previous pregnancies; 3. People with comprehension disorders or a history of serious mental illness; 4. The investigator considers it inappropriate to be included.
