Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unexplained abnormal liver function; 2. Imaging findings of liver space-occupying lesions with unclear diagnosis; 3. Follow-up after liver transplantation; 4. Evaluation of liver with invasive systemic diseases; 5. Grading and staging of liver disease; 6. Imaging found liver cirrhosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a lot of ascites before the liver at the puncture site; 2. Those with coagulation dysfunction and obvious bleeding tendency; 3. Huge mass under the liver capsule; 4. Ultrasound examination showed that the intrahepatic bile duct was significantly dilated; 5. Those who are highly nervous and uncooperative.
