Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly treated patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer who have not received radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery, the clinical and pathological stages of the tumor are Ta, Tis, T1; G1~G3, no distant metastasis; 2. The patient only underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor; 3. The patient is older than 18 years old; 4. Sign the informed consent; 5. Expected survival period > 3 months; and KPS score >= 70; 6. Laboratory test results meet the following conditions: WBC>=3.5x10^9/L; Hb>=90 g/L; plt>=100x10^9/L; liver function: AST<2 ULN.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Muscle-invasive bladder cancer (T2~4Nx~3Mx~1); 2. Those with serious uncontrolled medical diseases or acute infection accompanied by other serious diseases; 3. Serious liver and kidney dysfunction such as severe jaundice (serum bilirubin>50µmol/L) ALT>120µ/L coagulation dysfunction; 4. White blood cells 7.0mmol/l (126mg/dl); 9. Poor blood pressure control in hypertension (systolic blood pressure>=160mmHg and diastolic blood pressure>=100mmHg after treatment).
