18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fasting according to the hospital's fasting guidelines (8 hours after fatty or meat meals, 6 hours after light meals and 2 hours after clear liquids); 2. Body mass index (BMI) at 28-40; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years; 4. ASA: i ~ iii grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous upper gastrointestinal (esophagus, stomach) and/or upper abdominal surgery; 2. Hiatal hernia or other known gastric emptying disorder; 3. Diabetic patients; 4. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease; 5. Patients who are not suitable for rapid sequence induction; 6. Patients who cannot clearly show the gastric antrum.
