40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective single-hole thoracoscope lung leaf resection in our hospital during Jul.2021 to Jul.2022; 2.Aged 40 to 75 years; 3.ASA i-iii; 4.The weight of patients is between 40kg to 90kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Ones have local anesthetic contraindications(local anesthetic alergy,infection at the site of the puncture and coagulation disorder); 2.Alcohol or drug abuse; 3.Severe circulatory disease(heart disease like severe hypertension,bradycardia et); 4.Previous chronic pain; 5.Associated with the dysfunction that cannot participate in afteroperation analgesic evaluation accurately. 6.Active peptic ulcer or bleeding; 7.Haven't signed informed consent.

The first interval of analgesic pump pressing after surgery;

pain scores of rest and movement at 0h, 6h, 12h, 24h and 48h after Postoperative awake;number of times of pressure of analgesia pump;Postoperative Quality of Recovery Score in 24h;The amount of remedial drugs used after surgery;Postoperative hospital stay;Postoperative adverse reactions;Dosage of anesthetics and vasoactive drugs;operation time, anesthesia time;interoperative adverse events;Hemodynamics;
