Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy participants; 2. Aged 18 to 30 years; 3. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With musculoskeletal disease, lower extremity surgery or presence of open wounds, cold intolerance or allergy, neurological disease, cardiovascular disease, urinary and metabolic disease, Raynaud's syndrome, diabetes mellitus within 3 months prior to initiation of intervention.
