Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults; 2. Patients with special metabolic diseases: carotid atherosclerosis, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, impaired glucose tolerance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vegetarians, malignant tumors, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, kidney disease, acute and chronic blood diseases, infectious diseases, mental disorders; 2. Stroke and pregnancy within the past 3 months; 3. Taking related drugs that affect glucose and lipid metabolism (fish oil, contraceptives, hormones, beta-blockers, diuretics); 4. Severe infection, surgery, trauma history, weight change over 3kg.
