Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 70 years. 2. ASA I-II level. 3. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are intolerant to esketamine, propofol, opioids and other drugs; 2. Patients with a history of asthma and other airway hyperresponsiveness; 3. Poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (arterial hypertension - systolic/diastolic blood pressure greater than 180/100 mmHg at rest); 4. Preoperative Child liver function classification grade 3 or above; 5. Have a history of severe cardiovascular disease (such as myocardial ischemia, heart failure and arrhythmia, etc.); 6. Patients with craniocerebral injury, possible intracranial hypertension, cerebral aneurysm, history of cerebrovascular accident and central nervous system diseases; 7. Pregnant or lactating patients; 8. Mental system diseases (schizophrenia, mania, bipolar disorder, insanity, etc.) and patients with drug history and cognitive dysfunction; 9.
