18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed as pituitary adenoma; 2. Those who received surgical treatment for the first time, and the surgical method was endoscopic transsphenoidal approach; 3. Those with normal cognition, capable of reading and writing or able to communicate in language; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe heart, liver, renal insufficiency or malignant tumors of other organs; 2. Unwilling to participate or withdraw from the researcher midway.
