Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with colorectal cancer confirmed by colonoscopy hiSTOLOGY or diagnosed with non-invasive criteria should be diagnosed in accordance with NCCN guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer; 2. Aged between 18 and 85 years; 3. No distant metastases were detected; 4. Willing to accept radical resection of right colon cancer +D3 radical resection; 5. Can understand the research situation and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Synchronous or multiple primary colorectal cancer; 2. Patients with complicated malignant tumors in other sites, invasion of adjacent tissues or distant metastasis; 3. Multiple lymph node enlargement was found by preoperative imaging and D3 lymph node dissection was mandatory; 4. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 5. Not suitable for laparoscopic surgery and artificial pneumoperitoneum cannot be established; 6. A history of malignant tumor in the past five years;
