18 Years to 29 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have not participated in any relevant resistance training for more than 6 months; 2. Blood pressure is in the normal range (<140/90mmHg); 3. No habit of smoking, drinking, or drugs; 4. No chronic diseases and restricted exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease; 2. Have a history of sports injury; 3. Unacceptable high-load exercise.
