Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 1-7 years, elective laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair; 2. Preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II; 3. The patient's family members voluntarily participated in this trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of allergy to local anesthetics, contraindications to esketamine use, history of mental illness, long-term use of analgesics, preoperative liver and kidney insufficiency, and other systemic diseases.
