Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with wet age-related macular degeneration was first diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Eyelid problems (varus, valgus, Meibomian gland dysfunction and other anterior segment diseases), contact lens wearers, blackheads, eye trauma, corneal ulcers, uveitis; 2. History of ophthalmic surgery (except cataract phacoemulsification); 3. Diabetes, if high blood pressure does not cause signs of hypertensive retinopathy, then high blood pressure is not an exclusion criterion.
