Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Schizophrenia group: (1) With the approval of the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University, the guardians of all subjects signed a written informed consent; (2) Adults from the First Affiliated Hospital of Fourth Military Medical University who meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia or schizophrenia-like disorders; (3) Positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) total score >= 60 points; (4) Aged 18-65 years. 2. Depression group: (1) With the approval of the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University, all participants (or guardians) signed a written informed consent; (2) Adults from the First Affiliated Hospital of Fourth Military Medical University who meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder; (3) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score >= 18; (4) Aged 18-65 years. 3. Bipolar disorder group: (1) With the approval of the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University, all participants (or guardians) signed a written informed consent; (2) Adults from the First Affiliated Hospital of Fourth Military Medical University, 100 patients with bipolar disorder who meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria (50 cases of depressive episodes and 50 cases of hypomanic/manic episodes) ; (3) HAMD score >= 18 points at the time of depressive episode; (4) Young's Mania Scale YMRS score >= 20 points during manic episodes; (5) Aged 18-65 years. 4. Normal control group: (1) With the approval of the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University, all participants (or guardians) signed a written informed consent; (2) Adults aged 18-65 years who have undergone physical examinations from the Physical Examination Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other mental disorders in line with ICD-10 diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients with organic brain disease or severe physical disease; 3. Those who have a serious suicide attempt, or those who are seriously agitated; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients.
