Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed as rectal malignant tumor (including: adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma, signet ring cell carcinoma), and the distance from the dentate line is <=18cm; 2. No previous experience with colorectal cancer resection; 3. Aged 18-95 years; 4. Patients and their families gave informed consent and voluntarily joined the study; 5. Can understand and express Chinese correctly, with normal mental status, and be able to receive long-term follow-up; 6. Patients who have completed anus-preserving surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency admissions; 2. Metastatic or recurrent cancer; 3. Tumors of unknown nature; 4. Those with a history of gastrointestinal resection or other abdominal surgery; 5. Patients with colorectal cancer combined with other malignant tumors, serious infection, serious injury and other acute or chronic progressive diseases; 6. During the interview, it was found that patients taking other drugs that obviously affect bowel function such as defecation and urination were found.
