Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-infection patients: (1) Aged 18-65 years old; (2) T4x10^9/L or =38 degree C; (3) Respiratory rate >=20 breaths/min or PaCO212x10^9/L. 3. Sepsis patients( Sepsis was defined as the life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection according to the Sepsis-3 criteria: increasing in Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score by >=2 at day 1 and suspicion of infection): (1) Aged 18-65 years old; (2) T>37.5 degree C; (3) With infection lesions; (4) SOFA>=2 Scores. 4. Septic shock patients (Septic shock refers to circulatory failure and abnormal cell metabolism caused by infection): (1) Aged 18-65 years old; (2) With infection lesions; (3) SOFA>2 Scores; (4) MAP2mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Immunodeficiency; 2. Patients who died or gave up treatment; 3. Patients with severe malnutrition.
