Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 1-7.5 years with movement disorders, including cerebral palsy, movement disorders secondary to childhood traumatic brain injury, trisomy 21 syndrome, glycogen storage disease, congenital heart disease, hydrocephalus, abnormal skeletal development, deformity of limb development and other motor function backward. 2. The ability to take care of themselves is backward, as assessed by the PEDI scale (standard score <30 points). 3. The vital signs are stable, and there are no serious complications. 4. The family members gave informed consent to voluntarily participate in the study, and ensured that they could adhere to the life function training and be followed up for at least 3 months.
