Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 75 years; 2) Implant number>=1 and loading time >=1 year. 3) 2 or more peri-implant sites with pocket probing depth of 4-6 mm, combined with BOP/suppuration. 4) Loss of peri-implant support bone <=3 mm compared with immediate restorative radiographs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Systemic diseases that affect the treatment efficacy, such as diabetes, osteoporosis, taking bisphosphonates, etc. 2) Respiratory diseases such as chronic bronchitis or asthma disease; 3) Receiving periodontal and implant maintenance therapy within 6 months or having taken antibiotics within 3 months; 4) Smoking or quit smoking for less than 5 years; 5) Large amount of subgingival calculus formation that cannot be removed by air-polishing.
