Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Objectives of nursing quality: 1. patients volunteered to participate in this study and gave informed consent; 2. The patient was diagnosed with soft tissue injury of hand; 3. In line with the surgical indications of free skin flap transplantation; 4. Free flap transplantation was performed under the microscope. The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery: 1. patients volunteered to participate in this study and gave informed consent; 2. The patient was diagnosed with closed calcaneal fracture, and the surgery time was less than 3 weeks from the injury; 3. CT classification of calcaneal fracture Sanders II ~ minor type; 4. The surgical method was open reduction and internal fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Objectives of nursing quality: 1. patients with mental or cognitive impairment; 2. patients with chronic diseases; 3. Severe organic lesions were found in the patient's organs; 4. Severely infected hands. The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery: 1. patients with mental or cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with diabetes and other chronic diseases; 3. Severe organic lesions were found in the patient's organs; 4. open calcaneal fracture; 5. Multiple injuries combined with other fractures and organ injuries; 6. The lack of data affects the evaluation of results; 7. Patients who could not be followed up in the later period.
