20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Moderate and severe periodontitis (refer to the classification of periodontitis in 1999 for diagnostic criteria); 2. Aged 30-65 years old; 3. PD >=6 mm site > 5%; 4. No local or systemic antibiotics were taken in the last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No systemic disease 2. Pregnancy or planned pregnancy or lactation
