Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with type 2 diabetes who meet the diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged 60 to 74 years old; (3) Having the ability to take care of oneself in life and communicate and understand; (4) the inclusion of only one member in the same family; (5) Those who are willing to cooperate with the study and sign the informed consent after explanation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People who are clearly allergic to yam; (2) Patients with acute complications of diabetes within the last 1 month; (3) patients with definite acute and chronic infectious diseases; (4) Patients suffering from malignant tumors, mental diseases and Alzheimer's disease; (5) Complicated with severe organ (heart, liver, kidney) dysfunction; (6) Those who are not suitable for dietary intervention or receive other dietary treatment at the same time; (7) A history of surgery, diarrhea or other gastrointestinal diseases within the last 1 month; (8) A history of long-term use of hormones or drug abuse; (9) People who have used probiotics, gastrointestinal motility drugs or antibiotics in the past 1 month; (11) Smokers and alcoholics.
