Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. A tumor in the colon; 3. Adenocarcinoma was pathologically confirmed; 4. Preoperative clinical staging was CT1-4AN0-2M0; 5. The tumor size should not exceed 5cm; 6. ECOG score 0 to 1; 7. ASA score I to III; 8. Get informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 30 kg/m2; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Previous abdominal surgery history; 4. Colon cancer complicated with hemorrhage, perforation or obstruction requires emergency surgery; 5. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, unable to tolerate surgery.
