18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and depression; 3. 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale score > 7 points, < 24 points; 4. Patients who are not systematically taking antidepressants; 5. Sign the informed consent and voluntarily participate in this researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are in the acute stage of stroke and whose vital signs are unstable; 2. Those who have obvious suicidal tendencies as assessed by specialists; 3. Previously diagnosed with severe depressive disorder, cognitive impairment, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse or other mental disorders; 4. Severe functional impairment after stroke, or severe heart, liver, kidney and other medical diseases or tumors; 5. Those who have participated in the trials of TCM acupuncture, TCM and other related therapies within the past 3 months.
