63 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Aged 40 to 90 years; - PSA levels greater than 4.0 ng/ml or abnormal DRE or those who have suspicious imaging findings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patients with PSA greater than 50 ng/ml (in accordance with ERSPC-RC); - free PSA ratio greater than 0.5 (to exclude extreme values); - PV greater than 150 ml (in accordance with ERSPC-RC); - repeat biopsies; - patients with urinary tract infections, urinary retention, and instrumentation or catheterization of the urethra within the past 2 weeks,patients received 5a-reductase inhibitors within the last 2 months.
