Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The pathological diagnosis of breast cancer requires anthracycline-based chemotherapy in women with a past or current diagnosis of T2DM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged 85 years; 2. Pregnant patients and lactating patients; 3. Systemic metastasis has been confirmed by imaging or pathology at the time of diagnosis; 4. Serious cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure and acute coronary syndrome have occurred before chemotherapy; 5. Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<45 ml/min/1.73 m^2); 6. Other serious life-threatening conditions such as severe hepatic insufficiency.
