18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes; 2. Aged 18-85 years, no gender limit; 3. The CTA of our hospital is clearly diagnosed as ASO, and the length of the lesion is =grade 5; 5. New lesions of lower extremity arteries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe renal failure (creatinine>250umol/L), pregnant women and other reasons cannot perform CTA examination; 2. Unable to sign the informed consent; 3. Patients with life expectancy < 1 year; 4. Coagulation disorders.
