Experimental group:VATS lobectomy with double-hole separation operation

Control group:Single operation hole VATS

16 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage T1N0-1M0, or stage IIIA non-small cell lung cancer with single N2 lymph node metastasis; 2. Under the age of 75; 3. Preoperative pulmonary function: FEV1% and MVV% are both >= 50%, and FEV1% exceeds 1L; 4. Quit smoking for at least two weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient does not agree to be included in the study; 2. Cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney function, and coagulation function were obviously abnormal before operation; 3. Preoperative complicated with acute infection, chronic inflammation, metabolic or endocrine disease; 4. Open surgery.
