Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with initial cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, transient ischemic attack and subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to Japanese units from August 15, 2021 to August 31, 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Onset > 2 weeks; 2. Aged 3 weeks; 6. Refused to participate in this research.
