18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. Accompanied by secondary chronic inflammatory nodules, without abscess or chalazion, manifested as eyelid redness, swelling, heat and pain, eyelid margin granuloma or thickening with telangiectasia; 3. At least 1 recurrence; 4. Before participating in this study, the hyperemic and swollen nodules did not improve after 2 weeks or more of non-surgical treatment; 5. No meibomian cyst formation; 6. Unwilling to undergo surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from underlying diseases that can be caused by exposure to wavelengths between 560nm and 1200nm, including recurrent herpes simplex infection, systemic lupus erythematosus and porphyria, etc.; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. There is a history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy within 1 year before the study or a history of planned radiotherapy or chemotherapy within 2 months after IPL treatment; 4. Acute stye (usually less than 2 weeks); 5. Eyelid tumors.
