Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5): (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 schizophrenia; (2) Aged 16-60 years; (3) There are obvious negative symptoms, at least two items of negative symptoms in the PANSS scale are >3 points, or more than one item is more than 4 points; and the score of negative symptoms-positive symptoms is >0; (4) Cooperation in examination and treatment, no obvious impulsive behavior; (5) The years of education are 6 years or more, and the general reading and writing is barrier-free; (6) Normal vision and hearing, or normal vision and hearing after correction; (7) Have never played QQ Farm games before, or the accumulated game time is less than 1 week. 2. Age and sex-matched healthy subjects with schizophrenia: (1) Aged 16 to 60 years; (2) The years of education are 6 years or more, and the general reading and writing is barrier-free; (3) Two-line and three-generation patients without mental disorders; (4) After MINI assessment, the mental state is normal; (5) Have never played QQ Farm games before, or the cumulative game time is less than 1 week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with schizophrenia: (1) Organic mental disorders, and mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances and non-addictive substances; (2) Severe game participants before admission, the average daily game time in the first half year of admission is at least 2 hours, and lasts for more than 3 months; (3) Those who have received MECT treatment within the last three months. 2. Healthy subjects: (1) Severe physical disease, impaired living and working ability; (2) Serious neurological diseases such as traumatic brain injury or stroke, cerebral ischemia; (3) Heavy game participants, the average daily game time in the past six months is at least 2 hours and lasts for more than 3 months.
