Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as diabetes mellitus in accordance with the WHO Diabetes Diagnosis Classification Standard; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome; 3.Otolaryngology examination showed no nasal polyp, tonsil uvula hypertrophy, etc. 4.Patients who had undergone bone mineral density (BMD), biochemical complete set, glycated hemoglobin, C-peptide, insulin and other examinations in our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe heart disease (acute myocardial infarction, chronic heart failure, valvular heart disease, and heart failure within 6 months); 2.Malignant tumor diseases; 3.Severe renal disease (acute and chronic renal insufficiency, nephrotic syndrome, nephritis, etc.) 4.Serious lung disease (pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax, mediastinal emphysema, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, tumor, etc.); 5.Combined with diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperglycemia hypertonic state, hypothyroidism, pituitary and adrenal insufficiency.
