Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.First episode schizophrenia (DSM-V); 2.Aged 16 to 40 years; 3.First onset psychotic symptoms occurred before 36 years old, and the baseline PANSS total score was >= 60.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with organic mental disorder, affective mental disorder and other mental disorders; 2.Severe somatic diseases or disorders that may interfere with assessment such as defined obesity, eating disorders, diabetes, hypertension and heart disease; 3.Patients have substance abuse or dependence in recent one year; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Intelligence before illness, IQ <= 70.
