Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Informed and voluntarily participated in this study, aged >=18 years old, promised to abide by the research procedures, and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of the study; 2.Patients diagnosed with HFpEF in Wuhan Union Hospital after October 10, 2019, and the control group is consisted of healthy volunteers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with structural heart disease, such as congenital heart disease and rheumatic valvular disease; 2.Patients who are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breast-feeding; 3.Patients who the researchers considered not suitable to participate in this study.
