18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chinese male and female adults between the aged 18 to 75 years who provide written informed consent prior to any study related procedures; 2.Patients who were mainly aphasia or hemiplegia in the chronic phase of the first ischemic stroke (3 months after the onset) confirmed by the neurologist of the hospital according to the clinical history and examination; 3.Stable vital signs; Awareness; No cognitive impairment; Able to cooperate with assessment and treatment; 4.Patients without contraindications to MRI scan and TMS for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe anxiety, depression and other mental symptoms; 2.Have a history of severe diabetes, hypertension and other nervous system diseases, as well as obvious brain trauma and nervous system surgery; 3.Patients who cannot tolerate MRI and transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy.
