18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.PD patients, aged 18 to 75 years, meet the diagnostic criteria of International Dyskinesia Association (MDS) and Parkinson's disease in China; 2.No dementia based on clinical comprehensive assessment, MMSE score (illiterate > 17, primary school >20, junior high school and above > 24); 3.Patients without contraindications to MRI scanning and transcranial magnetic stimulation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe anxiety, depression and other psychiatric symptoms; 2.Patients with a history of severe diabetes, hypertension, cerebrovascular disease and other neurological diseases, obvious brain trauma and neurological surgery.
