Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years; 2.The patient was diagnosed as type 2 diabetes according to the WHO standard in 1999.Diagnostic criteria for T2DM: according to the 1999 WHO criteria for the diagnosis and classification of glycemic and urinary diseases, typical diabetic symptoms (polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, weight loss) plus blood glucose test >=11.1 mmol/L, or plus fasting blood glucose test >=7.0mmol /L, or 2h blood glucose test after adding glucose load >=11.1 mmol/L. No symptoms of diabetes, need another day to repeat the examination. Type 1 diabetes, other specific types of diabetes, and gestational diabetes were excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with malignant tumor; 2.Complicated with various non-diabetic nephropathy; 3.Complicated with serious gastrointestinal diseases (including peptic ulcer, hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tuberculosis, severe diarrhea, constipation, etc.); 4.Complicated with autoimmune diseases; 5.Recent combined infection and fever; 6.Use of antibiotics within 3 months; 7.Patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia; 8.Noncooperationist.
