Control group:HCV health education + recommend testing for HCV at your local medical institution
HIV self-inspection group:HCV health education + recommend testing for HCV at your local medical institution + free mailing of HCV self-testing reagents to applicants

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Born biologically male; 2.Aged 18 years or above; 3.Ever had anal sex with other men; 4.Reported not testing for HCV in the past year; 5.Had at least one of the following risk factors in the past year: condomless anal sex or STD diagnosed or injection drug use; 6.Plan to live in China for the next month and have a stable residence where they can securely receive a postal package.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participating in similar clinical trials or other programs involving HCV testing; 2.Unwilling or unable to comply with all the requirements of the study.
