18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between the aged 18 to 70 years; 2.Patients underwent valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass or vascular plus valve replacement surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Prior valvular or coronary artery bypass grafting; 2.Patients have epilepsy, mental illness and other brain disorders; 3.Severe Liver Damage (ALT/AST is more than twice normal); 4.Patients with kidney failure, substance abuse, alcohol dependence and endocrine disease (except for diabetes and controlled thyroid dysfunction).
