60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Males aged 60 to 75 years; 2.Patients planning to undergo TURP under general anesthesia; 3.ASA classification I-III; 4.BMI is 18.5-29.9 kg/m^2 [BMI=weight (Kg) )/Height (m) ^2] (2013 US "Guidelines for the Management of Adult Overweight and Obesity"); 5.It is ethical, the patient takes the test voluntarily, and the informed consent is signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Arrhythmia, cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency and severe heart disease; 2.Obstructive lung disease and respiratory system disease; 3.Combined portal hypertension; 4.Severe peripheral vascular disease; 5.Unable to proceed arteriovenous catheterization or ultrasound examination; 6.Patients with contraindications to central venous catheterization and arterial puncture; 7.Mental disorders; 8.Anticipates difficult airway.
